Symptom
You open an FMEA workbook that was created a long time before but the ribbon buttons for editing and task pane are not automatically activated. All buttons for editing are disabled (gray out).
Reason
Probably you’ve recently updated the FMEA Analysis software but the file you opened was created or edited by an older version of FMEA Analysis (or TreeTABLE)
How to fix
Simply converting it with the convert tool of FMEA Analysis will fix this issue.
