Your satisfaction is vital to us and guaranteed. We offer a 100% refund (taxes included) for the purchase to meet the conditions outlined in this document.
1. Time for the refund request
A refund request is only valid within 30 days after the purchase date.
2. Refund reason
We always offer a free trial or free version with almost features of the paid version. We recommend you carefully validate the free trial or free version before purchasing a license. Due to that reason, we will accept a refund request if:
- A defect was found but can not resolve with our support. If you found a problem with our product (For example, you can not install or activate the product), please go to the support center (https://www.iqasystem.com/support/) or contact our support team email (support@iqasystem.com). Our team will help you to solve the problem.
- Product support is not provided: You have a problem with the product but can not get help from us even requested.
- Product has security vulnerability: You found a security problem with our product.
3. Send a refund request
Please deactivate it before requesting a refund, then send a request to email support@iqasystem.com with your invoice number. Once we’ve received your official request, we will validate your request. The refund process will be started within two days (except on holidays and weekends) if it is valid. You also get the emails to be updated with the refund’s progress.
